The Grove Foundation is run by volunteer Board of Directors consisting of 8 to 13 members from the Downers Grove area. The Grove Foundation also consists of non-voting, supporting members who provide support to the foundation and its events. Throughout its history, the foundation's board has been comprised of many community leaders including current and past Downers Grove Village Council members, Downers Grove Park District commissioners, area teachers and school board members.
