The Grove Foundation is a highly efficient charity with minimal overhead. The Grove Foundation is operated by an all-volunteer board of directors and strives to provide as much of our fundraiser proceeds back to the community as possible. The Grove Foundation complies with all state and federal charitable guidelines. The Grove Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Illinois not-for-profit foundation with contributions to the foundation being deductible.
In fiscal year 2023, 78% of the funds raised by The Grove Foundation were used to fund our Helping Children Grow program or were dispersed to our community as part of our Annual Grant Program. Only 14% of the total dollars raised by our foundation were used to support our fundraising efforts, and only 8% was used for general management and expenses.
